Job Description
📢 Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive – Growth Operations (Jumbotail)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers.
Drive customer GMV and achieve monthly targets.
Handle customer queries, issues, and order fulfillment.
Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with internal teams.
Communicate offers, policies, and product updates to customers.
