Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Visitors:
Welcome visitors and clients with a positive, professional attitude.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Monitoring CCTV Cameras
Keep on instructing Team
Updating about team instruction work
Answer and Route Phone Calls:
Manage incoming calls, answering questions and redirecting calls to relevant team members as needed.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage Front Desk Operations:
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Handle Inquiries:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with accurate information.
Provide information on company services and policies when needed.
Assist with Scheduling and Appointments:
Help coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments.
Maintain calendars and keep track of meeting room bookings.
Support Administrative Tasks:
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including handling mail, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
