Job Description: Front Office Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator.


Location: Whitefield, HSR Layout, Indiranagar, Koramangala, JP Nagar.

Salary Structure: Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 + Variable Pay: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 (Performance-based incentives)

Shift Timings: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM.

 Health is an innovative physiotherapy and performance healthcare company specializing in injury prevention, pain management, movement optimization, and performance enhancement.

Through technology-backed assessments, evidence-based treatment protocols, and long-term strength programs, we help individuals recover faster, move better, and perform at their highest potential.

We have 3 centers in Bangalore (HSR, Whitefield and Indiranagar), currently doing 4000 sessions monthly. We're expanding Stance Health across Bangalore (through more centers) and have an immediate ambition to become the largest and best quality high performance center brand in the city.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:


Front Desk Management:

● Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.


● Handling incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.

● Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining a visitor log.

 


 

Administrative Support:


● Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies at the front desk.

● Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

 


 

Customer Service:


● Addressing visitor inquiries and providing necessary information.

● Ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.

 


 

Requirements:


● Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).

● Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.


● Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

● Languages - Fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
