Job Title: Email Automation and API development Executive (KalKi Mailer Specialist)

About the Role: We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive who will work with our advanced email automation system, KalKi Mailer. This role is not just about sending emails — it requires a strong understanding of technical workflows including API integration, HTML email design, and data handling.

If you have a background in IT and want to work on real-world automation systems, this role is ideal for you.

Eligibility Criteria: BCA / MCA

B.Tech / M.Tech (IT, Computer Science or related fields)

Basic understanding of programming and web technologies is mandatory

Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage bulk email campaigns using KalKi Mailer

Configure and integrate Google Apps Script (GAS API) for email automation

Prepare and manage email data (Excel / CSV / Google Sheets)

Create and edit HTML email templates with dynamic placeholders (e.g., {{Name}}, {{Email}})

Handle SMTP/API-based email sending workflows

Monitor delivery status, logs, and campaign performance

Troubleshoot technical issues related to sending, formatting, or API connections

Ensure high deliverability and proper email formatting across platforms

Required Skills: Strong understanding of HTML & basic CSS (for email templates)

Familiarity with Google Apps Script (GAS) and API integration

Knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, headers, deliverability basics)

Ability to work with structured data (Excel, Google Sheets)

Basic debugging and problem-solving skills

Understanding of placeholders and dynamic content injection

Good to Have (Preferred)Experience with bulk mailing tools or email automation systems

Knowledge of Python / JavaScript (for automation workflows)

Understanding of spam filters, inboxing, and email warm-up concepts

Experience in campaign analytics and reporting
