Job Description
- Supervise daily stitching operations on the production floor
- Monitor line efficiency and ensure production targets are achieved
- Ensure all garments meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
- Allocate work to tailors and machine operators based on skill level
- Train and guide workers to improve stitching quality and productivity
- Inspect finished and in-process garments for defects
- Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and quality control teams
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the stitching area
- Minimize fabric wastage and control production costs
- Handle machine issues by coordinating with maintenance teams
