Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tailor – Master to join our production team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in garment construction, fitting, and finishing, with the ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitching garments with precision as per design specifications and measurements
• Handling complete garment construction from cutting to finishing
• Performing fittings, alterations, and quality corrections
• Understanding patterns, measurements, and fabric behavior
• Ensuring neat finishing, seam quality, and durability
• Coordinating with designers/production team for modifications
• Maintaining timelines and production quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ of experience as a Tailor / Master Tailor
• Strong knowledge of garment stitching, alterations, and finishing
• Experience in men’s and/or women’s wear
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to work full-time from the Bengaluru location

Working Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
