Job Description

JD-Personal Assistant cum Admin


1. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, printing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

2. Maintain computer, printer, office equipment’s

3. Manage Courier related work

4. Reply to email, telephone, and face-to-face enquiries

5. Resolve administrative problems (Broadband/Mobile/Network)

6. Maintain employee document records

7. Follow-up for agreements, testimonials, and feedback forms

8. Maintaining computer systems backup

9. Any other job assigned by the CEO/ Accounts/ Team lead

10. Schedule meetings, Client appointments

11. Take care of secretarial tasks & work assigned by the CEO

12. Keep records of New Client Acquired

13. Preparing Daily Output and Weekly Performance

14. Filing of Documents

15. Organising Gifts, Cakes for Staff

16. Organising pantry and stationery items for the office

17. Assisting the CEO in HR Implementation work 

18. Creating email ids, follow-up for documents from new joiners

19. Maintain Induction Checklist

20. Organise Travel Tickets Booking 

21. Travel with the CEO as & when required 

22. Preparation of PPTs

23. Preparation of Prezi

24. Email ID’s, Create new email ID’s

25. Placing order on amazon

26. Arranging Dunzo and Porter

27. Hiring new freelancers

28. Induction for new joiners

29. Giving work for Interns

30. Non-std agreements 

31. Sample CV and Letter Head share with new joiners

32. Creating new passwords and maintaining them
