General Trainer – Job Description

Position: General Fitness Trainer

Location: Warrior Clan Fitness Studio, Chandapura, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

* Guide members with proper workout techniques and gym safety

* Assist clients in strength training, fat loss, conditioning, and functional training

* Create basic workout plans based on member goals

* Support members with motivation, discipline, and progress tracking

* Maintain positive gym atmosphere and member engagement

* Ensure gym equipment is clean, organized, and used correctly

* Help conduct group sessions, HIIT, and functional workouts when required

* Monitor member posture and prevent injuries during exercises

* Coordinate with management for member feedback and retention

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle

* Basic knowledge of workout techniques, mobility, and recovery

* Certified trainers preferred.

* Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism required

Preferred Skills

* Strength & conditioning knowledge

* Functional training experience

* Basic nutrition understanding

* Ability to handle clients of all age groups
