Gold Loan Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Gold Loan Executive to promote and sell gold loan products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business, evaluating customer requirements, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products.
• Promote gold loan services through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers with the loan application process.
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for renewals and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
• Experience: 0–6 Years (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are an added advantage.
