Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Job Description:We are hiring a skilled Unisex Hairstylist who can deliver modern haircuts, styling, and treatments for both men and women while ensuring high customer satisfaction and hygiene standards.
- Responsibilities:Perform haircuts, styling, blow-dry, and hair setting
- Provide hair treatments like spa, smoothening, straightening, and perming
- Do hair coloring, highlights, and other chemical services
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable hairstyles
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstation
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Recommend services/products and support sales
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in a unisex salon
- Knowledge of advanced haircutting, styling, and coloring
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in hairstyling (preferred)
- Flexible for weekends and peak hours
