Hardware & Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware and Networking Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements

Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks, including routers, switches, and access points

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Configure IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall settings

Provide technical support to users for hardware and network-related problems

Install and update operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Ensure data security and perform regular backups

Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting

Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model)

Familiarity with routers, switches, and network configurations

Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems

Good problem-solving and communication skills
