Job Overview

We are looking for a highly disciplined and responsible Head Chef to take complete, independent ownership of our in-house corporate kitchen. You will lead a kitchen team to prepare healthy, hygienic, and balanced meals daily for our 150+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Meal Preparation: Take full responsibility for cooking and serving Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner strictly on time.
• Bulk Cooking & Cuisine: Must be completely comfortable cooking at scale (150+ people) and highly skilled in preparing both North Indian and South Indian cuisines.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide a kitchen team consisting of 2 Assistant Chefs and 2 Helpers.
• Pre-Planned Procurement: Maintain inventory and prepare accurate lists of required ingredients well in advance. Coordinate with our internal procurement team for ordering.
• Obsessive Hygiene & Deep Cleaning: Maintain a spotless kitchen environment. Lead your team in daily deep-cleaning routines of the cooking areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Kitchen Upgrading: Proactively suggest and execute workflow optimizations, identify machinery/tool requirements, and modernize the kitchen infrastructure as our headcount grows.
• Requirements & SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen In-charge in corporate cafeterias, hotels, catering setups, or cloud kitchens.
• Proven experience managing inventory, kitchen staff, and food timelines.
• High ownership mindset- you take pride in a clean kitchen and delicious, punctual food.
• Candidates must be willing to clear a mandatory food trial/cooking test as part of the interview process.
