Heavy Vehicle Driver

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to transport goods/materials safely and efficiently to assigned locations. The candidate must follow traffic rules, maintain vehicle safety, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, tankers, or transport vehicles safely.
• Transport goods/materials to customer or company locations on time.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection before starting duty.
• Check fuel, oil, brakes, tyres, lights, and other vehicle systems regularly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.
• Maintain trip sheets, logbooks, fuel records, and delivery documents.
• Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately.
• Coordinate with dispatch and transport departments for delivery schedules.
• Ensure safety of goods during transportation.
• Support emergency transport requirements whenever needed.
• Required QualificationsMinimum SSLC / 10th Pass preferred.
• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HMV).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in heavy vehicle driving.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred.
