Job Description
Manage day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle OTA/OTT platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.
Manage room inventory, rates, bookings and online enquiries.
Ensure daily maintenance of rooms, common areas and hotel facilities.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, reception and other staff.
Follow up with customers after their stay and obtain feedback/reviews.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Manage restaurant operations, including food service, staff coordination and customer satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant sales, inventory and daily operations.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest service.
Maintain daily reports, occupancy details, expenses and operational records.
Coordinate with vendors and follow up for supplies and maintenance requirements
