Job Description
- Key Responsibilities & OutcomesOperations & Standards
- Ensure cleanliness across rooms, corridors, and common areas in line with defined standards
- Task Allocation & Execution
- Manage daily room allocation, deep cleaning schedules, and team task distribution
- Quality Control & Audits
- Conduct routine inspections (including ~80 rooms daily) to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks
- Team Supervision
- Oversee performance of housekeeping staff and drive discipline in execution
- Customer Experience
- Handle guest requests and complaints effectively; maintain high CSAT through timely resolution
- Coordination & Escalations
- Report maintenance issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closure
- Service Delivery
- Ensure all operations are executed as per SOPs with consistency and efficiency
- Eligibility & Skills2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1+ year as a supervisor (hospitality preferred)
- Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and processes
- Good team supervision and task management skills
- Ability to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints effectively
