Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's workforce planning goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements from department managers and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Negotiate salary packages and extend offer letters.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/ATS systems.
