IMMACULATE EDUCATION SERVICES PVT. LTD - Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions across departments.

• Understand hiring requirements through detailed discussions with business heads and hiring managers.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability as per role requirements.

• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

• Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closures.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Adhere to internal recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation standards.

• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives, if required. Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle (RLC).

• Proficiency in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and offer management skills.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and time management.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience.

• Experience in education, services, or corporate recruitment is preferred.
