Job Opening: HR – Payroll & Compliance Auditor
Location: Sheshadripuram, Bangalore-560020
Qualification: Any Degree / Master’s Degree
Category: Female Candidates Only
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Key Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in HR Audit & Compliance
- Managing End-to-End HR Operations
- Complete Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, IT)
- Handling Claims & Statutory Benefits (PF, ESI, Maternity, etc.)
- Experience in Government Scheme Implementation (ABRY, PMGKY, etc.)
- Coordination with statutory departments and consultants
- Documentation, HRIS management, and audit readiness
