✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
✔ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
✔ Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
✔ Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
✔ Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives
✔ Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records
