Job Description
Job Description – Senior Manager – Human Capital Management
Job Purpose
To drive the organization's human capital strategy by ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, statutory compliance, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR analytics. The role is responsible for building a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Human Capital Management • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Drive workforce planning and manpower budgeting. • Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness. 2. Performance Management System • Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks across departments. • Drive annual, quarterly, and probation performance review processes. • Monitor performance analytics and productivity metrics. 3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels. • Monitor hiring effectiveness, TAT, and recruitment costs. 4. Employee Lifecycle Management • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits. • Ensure complete employee documentation and record management. 5. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Governance • Oversee payroll processing and accuracy. • Manage compensation structures and benefits programs. • Coordinate insurance programs and employee benefits. 6. HR Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. • Manage audits, inspections, and compliance reporting. 7. Learning & Development • Identify competency gaps and training needs. • Develop annual training calendars and leadership programs. 8. Employee Engagement & Culture • Drive employee engagement initiatives. • Handle grievance management and disciplinary actions.
9. HR Analytics & Reporting • Develop HR dashboards and management reports. • Analyze attrition, hiring, productivity, and engagement trends. 10. Administration & Corporate Governance Support • Monitor company licenses and certifications. • Ensure timely renewal of statutory and operational licenses.

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Labor Laws, OD, or Talent Management preferred.
Experience
10+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
Key Competencies
Strategic Thinking, Leadership, HR Analytics, Labor Law Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Problem Solving, Change Management, and Business Acumen.
