Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking sessions.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
