Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Achieve hiring targets within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Experience in recruitment is preferred but freshers can also apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
