Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support and manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
• Update employee records, contracts, and statutory documents.
• Ensure proper documentation for new joiners, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Attendance & Payroll Support
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
• Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for payroll processing.
• Verify attendance data, overtime records, and employee reimbursements.
Employee Relations
• Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Performance Management
• Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
• Track employee goals, probation reviews, and confirmations.
• Support training and development initiatives.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
Exit Management
• Coordinate employee exit formalities.
• Conduct exit interviews and complete clearance procedures.
• Ensure full and final settlement documentation is completed.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRMS and recruitment portals.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
