Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at NoBroker. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Non-IT recruitment and preferably experience in hiring for field roles such as sales, operations, or on-ground execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures
• Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews and feedback
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialisation is a plus)
• 6 months to 4 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT hiring mandatory)
• Prior experience in hiring for field roles is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and portals
