Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage bulk hiring, fresher hiring, and sales hiring requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Meet hiring targets within timelines.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills.

Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

Experience in volume/bulk hiring.

Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Kannada and English communication preferred.

Experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on experience).
