Recruiter (Kannada Language) – Job Description

Position: Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Recruiter with strong Kannada language proficiency to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews in Kannada and English.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Fluency in Kannada (read, write, and speak) is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English.

Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
