Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing software development organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, developing talent acquisition strategies, building talent pipelines, sourcing high-quality candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing recruitment reports, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.
The role requires strong expertise in hiring software professionals across multiple technology domains, including Software Development, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA Automation, Product Management, UI/UX Design, and Corporate Functions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from business leaders and hiring managers.
- Create detailed job descriptions and role specifications.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle volume hiring, niche hiring, campus hiring, and lateral hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels
Interview Coordination & Scheduling
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate technical assessments and coding evaluations.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment data accuracy and compliance.
- Manage candidate documentation.
