Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients.
  • Follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
