Job Description
HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)
Komali Mam Institute of Excellence is looking for a passionate HR Recruiter to join our team.
- Responsibilities:Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through phone calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until they join.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring reports.
- Hire Admissions Counsellors, Telecallers, Digital Marketing, Operations and Faculty positions.
- Requirements:1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication skills in English (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Experience in sales, BPO or education recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Details:📍 Location: Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
