  • Job Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct telephonic and HR interviews
  • Schedule interviews with clients/companies
  • Follow up with candidates till joining
  • Maintain candidate database and reports
  • Build good relationships with candidates and clients
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
