Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various job roles while coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee references
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms
• Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
