Inside Sales Cum Customer Relationship Executive – Home Helper Placement (Inbound)

About the role

EzyHelpers connects households in Bangalore with verified, trained domestic helpers and caregivers. Every lead you'll handle is inbound, a customer who has already found us and is actively looking for a Helper. There's no cold calling and no outbound target-chasing. Helpers with real skills and verification are in short supply, so the job isn't about convincing anyone to buy it's about listening carefully, understanding what the family actually needs, and matching them with the right person fast.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls and web-form leads from customers looking for a maid, nanny, cook, driver, or caregiver understand their exact requirement (JD), household context, and urgency.

• Explain our contract terms, pricing, and the direct-pay model clearly and honestly — most customers have been burned by broker/agent middlemen before, so transparency is the actual sales skill here.

• Set correct expectations: replacement policy, trial period, Do's and Don'ts for retaining a Helper, and realistic timelines.

• Coordinate with the internal sourcing team to match and place a suitable Helper within our turnaround-time (TAT) commitment.

• Keep the CHAP platform updated in real time — customer profile, job/requirement creation, payment link status.

• Stay engaged post-placement: check in with the customer, resolve early issues, and loop in sourcing/ops if a replacement is needed.

Who succeeds in this role (based on our best hire so far)

• Background in inbound customer support, CX, or inside sales at a consumer platform — e.g. NoBroker, Urban Company, Zomato/Swiggy support, Vyapar, WorkIndia, or similar. Prior BPO cold-calling/collections experience is not a good fit for this role.

• Patient, empathetic phone communicator who can de-escalate a skeptical or frustrated customer — not a fast-talking closer.

• Comfortable with CRM software and Advanced Excel for daily data entry and reporting.

• Fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada or another regional language is a strong plus given our customer and Helper base.

• Detail-oriented — a wrong or vague JD captured at the start causes a bad match and a redo later.

What we offer

• Fixed CTC ₹30,000–₹40,000/month (revisit band after benchmarking — see Section 6).

• Structured CHAP platform training — no prior CRM experience with us required, just the aptitude.

• A genuine growth path: as EzyHelpers scales its caregiving vertical (projected to be our largest vertical within 3 years), strong performers move into Care Coordinator / Team Lead roles.
