Job Description
We are looking for energetic and confidently speaking in Outbound Telecallers to join our team. The role includes calling potential customers, explaining our services, generating interest, and qualifying leads.
🔹 ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers
Explain product/services clearly using the provided script
Engage customers in meaningful conversations
Handle objections efficiently and provide correct information
Identify interested customers and qualify leads
Maintain call logs and follow-up details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
🔹 Skills RequiredCommunication SkillsExcellent verbal communication in Hindi
Clear, confident, and polite speaking tone
Sales & Calling SkillsStrong convincing and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections confidently
Previous outbound/cold calling experience is a plus
Ability to keep customers engaged on the call
