Job Title:Inside Sales Executive (Voice Process)
📍 Location:Bangalore

🧾 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
- Explain NoBroker products/services clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Upsell and cross-sell services when required
🧠 Required Skills:Good communication skills in English + Hindi/Kannada
- Telugu/Tamil is an added advantage
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- ⏰ Work Details:Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6 Days Working (1 rotational week off)
