Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Inside Sales & Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is critical to our daily operations, combining the responsibility of nurturing client relationships and closing sales with the day-to-day administrative support needed to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, adept at multitasking, and passionate about driving revenue while providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Duties (60-70%)
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Actively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, qualifying prospects, and providing product demonstrations/quotes to closing deals.
- Customer Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, resolving objections and fostering trust.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the [CRM software, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot].
- Up-selling & Cross-selling: Upsell products or services to existing customers to enhance their experience and increase profitability.
- Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on sales activities, including leads generated and deals closed.
Office Administration Duties (30-40%)
- Front Office Management: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Order Processing: Process purchase orders, verify accuracy, and expedite orders by liaising with internal departments.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure a clean, organized office environment.
- Document Support: Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, presentations, and reports.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments and organize meetings for the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with [CRM software, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot].
- Sales Drive: A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
