Job Description
Job Summary: Utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to guide the students about the NEET Counselling process and simultaneously persuade Students/Parents to purchase company’s services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle complete sales cycle from Lead Nurturing to Lead Closure.
- Guide the students about the NEET counselling process.
- Enter and update Student information in the database.
- Go extra mile to build long-term relationship with the student to facilitate future sales.
- Contact potential customers (Parents) to inform them about the service.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, based on that answer/explain about the services of the company and close the sales.
- Take and process the sales in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
