Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Development & Recruitment
• Identify and recruit potential insurance
advisors/agents.
• Build and expand the agency distribution
network.
• Ensure quality onboarding aligned with
company standards.
2. Training & Capability Building
• Provide induction and ongoing training to
agents.
• Coach advisors on product knowledge, sales
techniques, and compliance.
• Conduct field training and joint sales calls
Sales & Business Growth
• Drive premium collection and achieve
assigned sales targets
• Monitor agent productivity and take
corrective actions.
• Plan and execute local sales strategies and
campaigns.
4. Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and
key customers
• Support agents in closing high-value deals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
and retention.
