Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers to explain Apollo insurance products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate sales by converting leads into policy purchases.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow company guidelines and regulatory compliance during the sales process.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English and any one regional language.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willing to work from the office and in rotational shifts, if required.
