Role Overview

As an Interior Designer & Architect, you will independently handle residential projects from project pitch, concept development through execution. You will be responsible for architectural planning, interior design, detailed working drawings, BOQs, quotations, client presentations, and coordination with execution teams.

The ideal candidate should possess a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, communication skills, and commercial understanding.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Business Development

• Meet prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, budget, and project goals.
• Conduct design presentations and explain concepts confidently.
• Convince clients through creative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
• Prepare and present project proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a premium customer experience throughout the project.
• Follow up with leads and support project conversions.

Architectural Planning & Construction Design

• Prepare architectural floor plans and space planning.
• Develop site layouts and residential building concepts.
• Prepare construction drawings including foundation layouts, column layouts, beam layouts, slab layouts, staircase details, roof plans, elevations, and sections.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, plumbing, and electrical consultants.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building standards and are execution-ready.

Interior Design

• Design complete residential interiors, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living areas, dining spaces, bathrooms, utility areas, and custom furniture.
• Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, lighting plans, flooring layouts, and electrical layouts.
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, and finish schedules.
• Create realistic 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
