Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to transform spaces into functional, inspiring environments. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver exceptional interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and style preferences.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with client expectations.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor based on design themes, quality, and budget.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of design elements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, building, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, lighting, and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco‑friendly design practices.
• Certification from an accredited design council (optional).
