Interior Designer Or Architect

We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer or Architect, who is responsible for planning, designing, and executing functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, coordinating with vendors and site teams, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and preferences
• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D views, and presentation materials
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and finishes
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks
• Prepare BOQ, specifications, and material estimates
• Ensure execution matches approved designs and standards
• Monitor project timelines and resolve site-related issues
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar software
• Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning
• Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Site coordination and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and project execution
