Interior Site Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Civil & Interior Site Engineer with strong site execution and quantity surveying knowledge to manage residential and commercial turnkey projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation, billing verification, material tracking, and timely project execution.

• Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day civil and interior works at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and fabricators.
• Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Handle multiple sites when required.
• 2. Quantity Surveying & BOQPrepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Verify site measurements and executed quantities.
• Prepare and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Check contractor bills and vendor invoices.
• Track material consumption and wastage.
• Prepare rate analysis and quantity comparison sheets.
• Assist in project costing and budgeting.
• 3. Quality ControlInspect workmanship and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure proper finishing and detailing in interior works.
• Verify materials received at site as per approved specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks before billing stages.
• 4. Site CoordinationCoordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and submit progress updates.
• Resolve site issues and execution conflicts quickly.
• Ensure proper communication between office and site teams.
• 5. Material ManagementPlan and monitor material requirements.
• Maintain site inventory and stock records.
• Ensure proper material handling and storage.
• Avoid material shortages and over-ordering.
• 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily progress reports (DPR).
• Update work status through WhatsApp/email reports.
• Maintain site measurement books and billing records.
• Prepare snag lists and closure reports.
• Maintain site photos and execution documentation.
• Required SkillsTechnical SkillsKnowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
• Good understanding of quantity surveying and estimation.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and site layouts.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and billing.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and site standards.
• Basic knowledge of MEP coordination is preferred.

• QualificationDiploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
• Interior execution experience is an added advantage
