Rastara Builders & Interio is a growing construction and interior contracting company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. We focus on innovation, quality, and timely execution. We are looking for motivated fresh engineering graduates to join our site team.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and supervisors for smooth progress.
- Assist in preparing daily site reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure material availability, check material quality, and maintain stock records.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper site discipline.
- Communicate project updates to management regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers eligible).
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work on-site.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (added advantage).
