Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Vendor, Service & SLA agreements
  • Handle end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate, Contract & Labour laws
  • Coordinate with Business, Procurement & Ops teams for contract closure
  • Maintain contract repository and MIS using MS Office + CLM tools
