Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Salary: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7)
Job DescriptionWe are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in the BPO/Customer Support industry.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaAny Graduate (Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
