International Voice Process Agent

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (CTC depends on experience and process)

Role Overview

As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for global customers, providing high-quality service and support. You will manage customer queries and resolve issues over the phone, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US, UK, or Australian shifts).
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Documentation: Meticulously record customer interactions and update account details in CRM systems.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve key performance targets such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Problem Solving: Use quick thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and offer timely solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with clear articulation and correct grammar.
• Education: Minimum 10+2/PUC; Graduates from any stream are preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Soft Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Technical Savvy: Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and comfortable typing speeds (min 20-30 WPM).
