International Voice Process Agent

We are looking for confident, energetic, and professional International Voice Agents to join our growing team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls with international clients, maintaining strong communication standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence while speaking with global clients, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound international calls professionally
• Introduce company services/products to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Follow communication scripts and sales processes when required
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English
• Neutral or international accent preferred
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Quick learner with strong problem solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required

• Prior experience in international calling, customer support, sales, or lead generation is an advantage
• Preferred ExperienceInternational BPO or voice process experience
• Experience with US, UK, Middle East, or African markets
