✨ Job Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to handle:



  • Admission enquiry calls
  • Fees follow-up
  • Parent communication
  • Basic data entry and reporting in Excel
  • Updating daily call status
  • Maintaining accurate records


📝 Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to parents, leads, and enquiries
  • Follow call scripts and maintain polite, professional communication
  • Handle inbound calls and guide parents with correct information
  • Update Excel sheets daily (follow-up sheet, conversion sheet, status tracking)
  • Share daily reports with the management
  • Maintain high accuracy in data entry
  • Follow responsibility targets (calls completed, updates done, conversions, etc.)



Requirements


  • Good communication skills (Kannada + Basic English)
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, updating sheets)
  • Must be comfortable making 150–200 calls per day
  • Should be disciplined, committed, and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
