Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• ₹15,000 Special Bonus on successful target completion

Job Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
• Meet clients in the field to understand their requirements
• Present company profile, products, and key USPs
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain client database and prepare sales reports
• Achieve sales targets and manage revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Field Sales preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Quick learner with adaptability in a competitive environment
• Passion for sales and client interaction
