Job Description
Design Support: Assist in the development of design concepts, space planning, and architectural layouts for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Documentation: Prepare detailed schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documentation (CD sets) under the supervision of a licensed architect.
Modeling & Rendering: Create 3D digital models, architectural renderings, and presentation materials for client meetings and municipal approvals.
Research: Conduct research on zoning laws, building codes, materials, and sustainable construction practices relevant to ongoing projects.
